भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने अडानी-हिंडरबर्ग विवाद पर बहुप्रतीक्षित फैसला सुनाया, इस मामले की जांच की मांग को लेकर कई याचिकाएं दायर होने के महीनों बाद। मुख्य न्यायाधीश डी.वाई. की अध्यक्षता वाली तीन-न्यायाधीशों की पीठ। चंद्रचूड़ और न्यायमूर्ति जे.बी. पारदीवाला और न्यायमूर्ति मनोज मिश्रा ने मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए कहा कि मामले को सेबी से एसआईटी को स्थानांतरित करने का कोई आधार नहीं है, और सेबी को कानून के प्रावधान के अनुसार अपनी जांच आगे बढ़ाने का निर्देश दिया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि मामले के तथ्य एसआईटी या अन्य एजेंसी को जांच स्थानांतरित करने की गारंटी नहीं देते हैं। The Supreme Court of India delivered the much-awaited verdict on the Adani-Hinderburg controversy, months after a batch of pleas were filed seeking a probe into the matter. A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice D.Y. Chandrachud and Justices J.B. Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, hearing the case said that there was no ground to transfer the case from Sebi to SIT, and directed Sebi to go ahead with its probe as per the provision of the law.
