Surrey basketball tournament breaks down barriers

Hundreds of Surrey students have been battling it out on the court this week -- vying for the title of Surrey RCMP Basketball Classic champion. But the annual tournament is happening against the backdrop of the controversial transition from the Surrey RCMP to a municipal police force. And while questions still loom about the future of policing in Surrey, organizers say this event -- now into its 32nd year -- isn't going anywhere.
