Sydney cancer clinic using $20 million donation to target ‘different tumour types’

NSLHD Chair of Research Professor Bruce Robinson discusses a $20 million donation which will allow the NORTH Sydney Trials and Research Van Norton Poche (NORTH S.T.A.R VNP) to offer more patients potentially lifesaving cancer trials. “A number of different tumour types will be targeted,” he told Sky News Australia. “We are having a symposium as we speak where people are talking about trials that are being developed in breast, lung and gastric cancer. “But we also want to try and include people from rural and remote Australia in the trials.”
