Task force to address school violence coming soon

A task force to address violence in schools should become a reality in the next few weeks. Education Minister Kay McConney made the announcement during yesterday afternoon's session in the House of Assembly. She says this will be the latest level of support provided for students. In her contribution to the Child Protection Bill Debate, Ms. McConney notes the legislation makes it mandatory for school officials to report cases of abuse.
