Taxi Voilence | SANTACO blames demarcation process for taxi wars

Taxi council, SANTACO is blaming taxi violence on the demarcation process. They spoke to eNCA's Bafedile Moerane earlier. It says government does not consult with them and this causes confusion over routes. The council says this is one of the reasons violence flares up.
