Technical Upgrades For Industrial Court

President of the Industrial Court, Justice Heather Seale, says there are major technological advancements on the horizon for the dispute arm of the local Judiciary. Justice Seale was addressing a special sitting to open the 2024-2025 Law Term at the Port of Spain Headquarters of the Industrial Court. The Industrial Court President noted several important steps have already been undertaken to ensure that the modernisation of the court becomes a reality.
