Teen allegedly shoots 14-year-old and own mother, police say

Detroit Police say an argument between two children ended with a 14-year-old shot in the head and the alleged shooter's mother shot in the arm. According to Assistant Police Chief Charles Fitzgerald, a 16-year-old was arrested after he ran past one of DPD's undercover operations that was investigating a separate incident.
