Teen Not the Target of Saturday Night Murder Commissioner of Police Clayton Fernander says the murder suspect in the country’s second murder had a relationship with the mother of the 16-year-old killed in the country’s latest homicide. It is presumed that the suspect, who was at the mother’s home at the time of the shooting, was the intended target.
