Teen siblings identified as victims in deadly Rancho Cucamonga crash; father speaks out

Two teen siblings were identified as the victims of a deadly single-car crash in Rancho Cucamonga, and a community has since rallied together to support their family. The crash was reported around 4:25 p.m. Friday near Wilson and Haven avenues, near Chaffey College, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
