Temporary Gaza visas cancelled last minute

Several Palestinians who were hoping to travel to Australia have had their temporary visas cancelled last minute. With some having already begun their journey are now unable to enter the country. Home Affairs Minister Clare O’Neil defended the decision, maintaining the government reserved the right to cancel issued visas if approval circumstances changed. It is not yet clear what those circumstances might have been.
