Terrorism suspects released : Court says prosecution has failed to pin the three suspects

The International Criminal Court in Kampala has released three terrorism suspects due to the state's failure to provide substantial evidence linking them to the offenses of aiding and abetting terrorism, as per Section 8 of the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2002.
