TFCL Carnival Cheque Distribution

Carnival special interest groups including calypso, mas and pan, event promoters and cultural groups have received financial backing from the Tobago House of Assembly for the 2024 Tobago Carnival production. On Monday, the Tobago Festivals Commission hosted a cheque distribution ceremony at the Shaw Park Complex where eighty stakeholders benefited.
