Thai capital shrouded in haze as government employees ordered to work from home

Pollution has prompted authorities in Thailand to order government employees to work from home for the rest of the work week. It also urged private employers to adopt similar measures. More than 70 per cent of the country is experiencing bad haze pollution problems. Bangkok’s air quality hit an all-month high on Feb 15, recording an unhealthy level of 160, compared with a healthy range of zero and 50.
