Thai PM Srettha Thavisin vows to shoulder consequences of cabinet reshuffle

Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin says he has selected a new foreign minister, after Parnpree Bahiddha-nukara resigned when he lost his deputy prime minister's portfolio in a cabinet reshuffle. But reaction to the cabinet reshuffle was lukewarm, with both analysts and Thais describing it minor and that the changes have not public confidence significantly.
