The Chinese government has donated 1600 metric tons of rice to the Karamoja sub-region. The Chinese Ambassador to Uganda Zhang Lizhong announced food relief to the hunger stricken region this morning during a meeting with prime minister of Uganda Robinah Nabbanja.
