The Dow Jones and S&P 500 scaled to 'record highs'

CommSec's Tom Piotrowski says the Dow Jones and the S&P 500 each "scale new record highs". "What we saw last night on Wall Steet was, I suppose, not a breathtaking set of improvement on US indices," Mr Piotrowski told Sky News Australia. "We did see the Dow Jones and the S&P 500 each scale new record highs.
