The end of an era?: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s ‘Polo’ series may be their last venture
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s latest venture, the Netflix series ‘Polo’, has been met with scathing reviews from the media. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex produced ‘Polo’ under their Archewell banner as part of their five-year, $100 million deal with the streaming giant, which expires in 2025. The five-episode series finally debuted on Netflix earlier this month but has failed to impress fans or critics. GB News host Patrick Christys joined Sky News Senior Reporter Caroline Marcus to discuss the Sussexes’ latest failed venture. Mr Christys speculated that ‘Polo’ may be one of the last ventures for Harry and Meghan. “It’s kind of very oddly put together. The average star rating for this is two stars, I think, and it’s not made the Netflix top 10 in any single country,” he said. “So, I think it could well be one of the last ventures for Harry and Meghan. They’ve been the executive producers of this, although exactly what they’ve done, I’m not quite sure. “It’s a bizarre thing that they’ve decided to do really.”
