The Jobs Emergency | Government's big remedy

Government says it plans to change the fortunes of millions of unemployed South Africans over the next five years. Five-million jobs have been earmarked as part of the Expanded Public Works Programme, which has now been in existence for two decades. President Cyril Ramaphosa says that despite the country's challenges, the EPWP is one of the ANC's success stories.
