Dealing with rising sea levels and flooded coastal regions is one of many talking points at the COP29 climate negotiations. But the Caspian Sea is facing the opposite problem. The body of water located between Asia and Europe is drastically receding. CNA’s climate change correspondent Jack Board gets a first-hand look at how bad the situation is.
