The polls will show if Albanese can ‘get away’ with his $4.3m house purchase

Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell has discussed whether Prime Minister Anthony Albanese can “get away” with his new house purchase in the polls. Mr Albanese has faced widespread criticism after his purchase of a $4.3 million clifftop home at Copacabana on the NSW Central Coast. “It’s whether he can get away with it quite frankly,” Mr Clennell said. “If they can keep the same poll numbers, I guess he’s fine. If they drop a couple, it’s only going to be because of this.”
