The role of parents is ‘absent’ in Labor’s social media bill

Nationals Senator Matt Canavan claims the role of parents is “absent” in Labor’s social media bill. “One thing that seems just a little absent from the conversation is if you search through the entire bill, there’s not a single mention of the word parent,” Mr Canavan said. “I do think there’s a role for parents here, I’m not completely saying it’s all up to parents … but no role at all seems strange to me.”
