Third edition of Junior Chef Cook-Off launches

This morning, Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc., launched the third edition of its Junior Chef Cook-Off Competition. The ten participants were revealed at the BTMI's Warrens offices. Apart from being immersed in local culture, the BTMI's Director of Communications and Public Relations, Aprille Thomas says the junior chefs will also receive certificates for training thanks to a new partnership with the Jean and Norma Holder Institute. The Jean and Norma Holder Hospitality Institute's Acting Director, Roderick Prescod, says they're happy to be on board with the BTMI's competition.
