Thirsty for security beef-up, Kapelebyong residents handover 204 acres to UPDF

Locals in Aturai village Kapelabyong sub county in Kapelabyong district have handed over two hundred acres of customary land free of charge to UPDF to establish a military Brigade headquarters. The 3rd division commander Maj. Gen Don Williams Nabasa says, this is aimed at boosting security and development in both Teso and Karamoja sub regions.
