Three-day RDCs’ retreat for central region tackles enhancing service delivery

Minister for presidency, Milly Babalanda, has called upon RDCs and their deputies to be united and avoid conflicts while carrying out their duties. Babalanda cites how the recruitment of RCCs and their assistants intends to boost operations at the district level, and shouldn’t be viewed as competition for service delivery. She was officiating the closure of a three-day RDCs retreat in Maya.
