Four bodies have been recovered after a tourist boat capsized in the Red Sea on Monday, the governor of the Red Sea said. Three people were also found alive as the search and rescue operation continues. Some 44 people were aboard the Sea Story when it sank and 28 have already been rescued, officials said.
