Three Mubende district officials remanded for neglect of duty

Mubende Grade One Magistrate Paul Kedi has remanded three officials of the district who are facing charges of neglect of duty and conspiracy to commit a felony. The three are John Bosco Ssendikadiwa, the district health officer, John Baptist Muzibura district engineer and John Kamya Birungi who is also attached to the engineering department. They allegedly failed to supervise the construction of a waiting shade and maternity ward at Kibalinga Health Centre III.
