Ticketmaster has had bad blood with Taylor Swift fans wanting to see her concerts. Now the company is changing the rules about transferring tickets, after some people were duped by scammers. Previously, Swifties could transfer tickets between Ticketmaster accounts at any time. Now the ticket sales giant says transfers can only start 72 hours before an event.
