Time-lapse video showed the rapid spread of the Airport Fire, which started in Orange County's Trabuco Canyon.⁠ ⁠ The wildfire made a run up to the Santiago Peak as the intense heat and dry vegetation posed a challenge to firefighters.⁠ ⁠ As of Tuesday, the Airport Fire doubled in size, scorching nearly 20,000 acres at 0% containment.⁠
