Tobago Carnival 2024 poised for a bumper season

Things are looking positive for Tobago’s 2024 carnival as concerns over the budget has dissipated. Speaking on the Morning Brew with Jason Williams, Interim President of the Tobago October Carnival Association, Dexter Sandy says the $9 million budget is workable as they have their own contributions to invest in the festivities.
