If you’re in Tobago for this October Carnival weekend, you may spot some newly-renamed roads and roundabouts. To mark the official start of the 2024 Tobago October Carnival on Friday, the Tobago House of Assembly honoured eight distinguished Tobagonians with these special renamings around the island.
