TTT is the official partner for Tobago Carnival and beginning today, Saturday, we feature key stakeholder interviews and highlight the festivities. Well, with less than one week away, the stage is set for the third edition of Tobago's October Carnival. Secretary of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities and Transportation Tashia Grace Burris, shares the Tobago House of Assembly’s vision for the festival.
