Tobago Oil Spill Case Study

On Wednesday, a case study on the Tobago oil spill incident was presented by Oil Spill Response Limited to highlight the important of preparedness and effective response strategies. Principal Preparedness Solutions Advisor, Tristan Barston, assessed the local oil spill response and stressed the importance of clear engagement with the local and regional community. Mr. Barston also recommended having a sound but flexible disaster plan. This was part of The Society of Petroleum Engineer's third technical talk for September.
