The oil spill disaster in Tobago is hours away from possibly becoming a tier three level disaster as large volumes of oil blankets the shoreline and has now deposited onto main roads. At a media briefing on Thursday afternoon, Chief Secretary Farley said his team is doing all in its power to cushion the impact.
