Toddler rescued after falling down PVC pipe

A 14-month-old boy is safe after a harrowing rescue from a PVC pipe. The toddler fell about 12 feet down the pipe, which was about a foot in diameter. One officer quickly made a makeshift "catch pole" out of a smaller PVC pipe and rope, using it to lift the boy out safely. As expected, the boy was shaken -- but incredibly, he wasn't injured.
