Toddler shot on Detroit's East Side

Detroit police say they're searching for a person of interest after a 2-year-old boy was shot in the thigh Tuesday evening. Police say they're searching for Darius Lacey, 27, and one other person who took off from the scene with him in a black Dodge Charger. Another one of Lacey's acquaintances turned themselves in just before 10 p.m. Tuesday. The identities of the two people with Lacey and the year of the car were not immediately known.
