Toronto city council votes to remove police board member

Toronto city councillors took a rare step this week when they voted to remove police board member Nadine Spencer, who had been appointed last year. This comes after a CBC Toronto investigation discovered three seemingly fabricated or misrepresented employees at Spencer's companies.
