Total Defence Day: Over 500 schools and offices to simulate food, water or electricity disruptions

Over 500 schools and organisations across Singapore will face temporary water and power cuts over two weeks in February. It's part of a series of simulated disruptions to give the public a chance to experience a civic emergency and learn how to prepare for one. Several buildings, including the Esplanade, Suntec City and Parliament House, will experience partial blackouts in the evening.
