Tourism Ministry committed to increasing airlift to Barbados

Minister of Tourism and International Transport Ian Gooding-Edghill has reaffirmed that his Ministry is working hard to bring more airlift to the island. He was speaking as the specially invited guest at a reunion for past students of the St. Leonard's Girls School. Mr. Gooding-Edghill, who is an alumnus of St. Leonard's Boys, was one of the honourees on the night for his achievements. He said increasing airline seats to Barbados is part of a strategy which will provide sustainable growth for the island's tourism.
