TOURISM SECTOR IMPACTED BY WATER SUPPLY DISRUPTIONS

Tourism minister Dr. Ernest Hilaire backed plans by the Water And Sewage Company's (WASCO) system overhaul to improve water supply for residents and the tourism industry. Hilaire, who has been in talks with the Saint Lucia Hospitality and Tourism Association (SLHTA), highlighted support measures for the sector during WASCO's repairs.
