Tridents and Jaguars ready for battle
There are no headaches for Head Coach Kent Hall in selecting his first team, as the Barbados Senior Men's Team prepares to face Guyana at the BFA Turf tomorrow night. Both teams are set to clash in home and away CONCACAF Nations League play-in matches. The home side is boosted with the return of international striker Thierry Gale, and Coach Hall says the Tridents are excited at the prospect of adding to their recent success in Nations League "C". Both teams will be battling it out for a place in the 2025 CONCACAF Gold Cup Prelims, slated for early next year. Interim Head Coach of the Guyana side, Wayne Dover, says the transition of the coaching position has brought plans back in order, and the team is more focused. Tomorrow's match at the BFA Technical Centre starts at 7 p.m., while the second fixture will be hosted by Guyana on November 19. Tonight, shortly after the newsnight, CBC TV8 will air an interview with Barbados coach Kent Hall, as he talks about tomorrow's game.
