Economics, international students and affordability dominated the first two days of talks during the retreat, with an anticipated international shift on Tuesday. The cabinet is expected to discuss the 2024 U.S. presidential election and the very real prospect that former president Donald Trump will win the federal vote and take seat, once again, in the White House.
