Media reports suggest President-elect Trump is quickly filling several key cabinet positions. Selections include Senator Marco Rubio as Secretary of State, Governor Kristi Noem as Director of Homeland Security, and Representative Elise Stefanik as ambassador to the U.N. North Korea says it has ratified a major defense treaty with Russia stipulating mutual military aid. Russia last week completed the ratification process of the treaty that is considered both countries’ biggest defense deal since the end of the Cold War. And a New York judge is due to decide whether to undo President-elect Donald Trump’s conviction in his hush money case after the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity. Judge Juan M.
