Republican candidate, Donald J. Trump, will be the 47th President of the United States after beating his democratic challenger Kamala Harris and winning what many Americans have called the most important election of their lifetime. Vote-counting is still underway and his Democratic rival has not yet conceded. But with Trump winning swing states, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia there was no path back for Kamala Harris.
