TSA finds record-breaking number of guns at U.S. airports

A record-breaking number of firearms were found at U.S. airports in 2023, reinvigorating a decades-old debate about gun safety. The Transportation Security Administration found more than 6,700 guns at airport security checkpoints, most of them were loaded.
