Turn challenges into opportunity

It is time for the region to turn its challenges into a story of growth and opportunity. According to Minister in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Investment Senator Chad Blackman the answer is to use partnerships and pool procurement as the springboard going forward. He was speaking at the closing ceremony of the Caribbean Development Dynamics 2025. Minister Blackman lauds the institutional support and international partnerships, but he says homegrown solutions are now required, while holding ourselves to account. He suggests a mechanism be put in place to monitor the impacts of all the initiatives being undertaken.
