The minister of Energy Dr. Ruth Nankabirwa has commissioned Uganda Breweries limited UGX 37billion bio mass plant. The President Diageo Africa Dayalan Nayager told UBC the plant marks a significant milestone in the organizations commitment of reducing carbon emission by 92%.
