Uganda 2nd National dialogue on anticipatory action opened - Urgent need for disaster financing

The State Minister for Environment Beatrice Anywar has revealed that government is investing in community resilience building initiatives that are crucial for minimizing the impacts of natural disasters and ensuring rapid recovery from the shocks. Anywar made the remarks during the 2nd National Dialogue on Anticipatory Action under the theme Navigating Uncertainty Disaster and Climate Risk Financing in Munyonyo.
