Uganda Changes commercial oil production timeline from 2025 - Attributes it to a mix of challenges

Uganda will not achieve its long-anticipated commercial oil production timeline of 2025. This has been confirmed by Dr. Ruth Nankabirwa, the Minister of Energy and mineral Development.
