Uganda Meteorological Authority warns of unsafe conditions on Lake Victoria

The Uganda Meteorological Authority has warned operators of small boats and aircraft to postpone travel and related activities on Lake Victoria because it is unsafe. According to Lillian Nkwenge, spokesperson for the Authority, there have been strong winds and moderate waves on the lake since Sunday.
