President Yoweri Museveni has said Uganda is one of the best investment destinations in Africa. President Museveni who was represented by the Vice President Maj. Rtd Jesicca Alupo at the East Africa Trade and Investment Forum in Kampala says despite tough global economic times, the country has remained resilient and attractive to investors.
